Our programs are designed with adult learning in mind and are customized to meet the needs of each of our clients. Effective development consists of key three things…knowledge, application and validation. At the Xtra Mile Group our deliverables include all three of these aspects. Additionally, our approach involves a three-step process of individual self-paced learning, instructor-led training, and experiential on-the-job application to further develop and sustain the skill.

We build up from the basics, and touch upon concrete techniques involving emotional engagement, account management, and career path development. Strategic thinking and business simulation allow you, managers and supervisors, to apply newly learned skills, fine-tuning management and communication skills.
